3. Return freight: Customers shall bear the return freight. We recommend that you use a traceable and insured mode of transport to ensure a safe return. shopteabloom.com does not cover return shipping costs.
4. Replenishment fee: All returns are subject to a 15% replenishment fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund.
5. Refund Method: Eligible return refunds will be issued in the form of shopteabloom.com gift cards. The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
6. Exclusions: Please note that some products or categories may not be covered by our refund policy. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
7. Damaged or defective goods: If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange or refund and bear the return shipping costs in such cases.
